Mount Herzogstand and Walchensee - Leica SL with Sigma 45mm f2.8 L-Mount

The only autofocus prime lens I use for the Leica SL is the Sigma 45mm F2.8 DG DN Contemporary for L-Mount - Small lens, small price and amazing results.

Positive: Small - nice rendering - smallest prime lens for Leica SL with autofocus

Negative: Unfortunately only f2.8 - bokeh Little bit on the nervous side

The following first test samples were taken around the Walchensee and on the Herzogenstand mountain in Bavaria, Germany on August 1, 2020.

The Walchensee is one of the deepest and at the same time one of the largest alpine lakes in Germany. It is located 75 km south of Munich in the Bavarian Prealps, at 800 m above sea level and with its entire surface including the island of Sassau in the municipality of Kochel am See.

The Herzogstand is a mountain in the Bavarian Prealps with 1731 m above sea level northwest of the Walchensee. It belongs to the area of the municipality of Kochel am See and, together with its neighbour Heimgarten, forms a range of hills which is situated in front of the Estergebirge mountains and drops to the north into the Bavarian Alpine foothills.
