The documentary “Wild & Wide - Kenya & Tanzania thru my lens” shows a three-week trip through Kenya and Tanzania in February 2025 from the perspective of a documentary filmmaker and photographer, visiting many well-known national parks such as Amboseli at the foot of Kilimanjaro, Maasai Mara and Serengeti. But the film also shows lesser-known national parks such as Ol Pejeta, Samburu, Lake Naivasha and Tarangire. This is the story of my search for the Big Tuskers in Amboseli, the rare Grevy's zebras in Samburu, the last two northern white rhinos in Ol Pejeta Conservancy and the first time I experience the unforgettable great migration of thousands of wildebeest in the Serengeti in Tanzania. This is Africa, which we love so much!
Der Dokumentarfilm „Wild & Wide - Kenya & Tanzania thru my lens“ zeigt aus Sicht eines Dokumentarfilmers und Fotografen eine dreiwöchige Reise durch Kenia und Tansania im Februar 2025, auf der viele bekannte Nationalparks wie Amboseli am Fusse des Kilimandscharo, Maasai Mara und Serengeti besucht werden. Aber der Film zeigt auch weniger bekannte Nationalparks wie Ol Pejeta, Samburu, Lake Naivasha und Tarangire. Dies ist die Geschichte auf der Suche nach den Big Tuskers in Amboseli, den seltenen Grevy Zebras in Samburu, den letzten zwei nördlichen Breitmaulnashörnern in Ol Pejeta Conservancy und das erste Mal erlebe ich die unvergessliche grosse Migration von tausenden Gnus in der Serengeti in Tansania. Dies ist Afrika, welches wir so sehr lieben!
