After a break of about five months, the filming for another episode of "My pretty Prättigau" will start next week. This time with the young, talented and very ambitious biathlete Lea Meier from Stels in Prättigau.

More documentary film projects will follow this winter - you can be curious!

Now it's really getting serious!

Sony FX6 Cinema Line with IRIX 45mm T 1.5 Cinema lens and Zacuto Sony FX6 Z-Finder

After shooting my documentaries almost exclusively with the Sony Alpha 7S III last year, I have now decided to switch to the FX6 from the Sony Cinema Line. The first two documentaries from my series "My pretty Prättigau" I had still shot with the Fuji X-T4. Here, the autofocus was simply not up to Sony's standards. Although I shoot a lot manually in the meantime (e.g. BlackMagic 6K Pro), there are situations now and then where a precise autofocus is worth its weight in gold! What I appreciated about the BlackMagic was of course the ND filter. All these advantages and especially the automatic ND filter are only combined in a perfect way in the new FX6 - except the missing stabilization. But I can stabilize the video footage afterwards with Catalyst Browse if necessary.

My current film equipment now looks like this:

- Sony FX6 (A-Cam)

- Sony Alpha 1 (B-Cam)

- Lenses: IRIX 45mm T 1.5 Cinema Lens, Sony 24mm f1.4 GM, Sony 35mm f1.8, Sony 16-35mm f2.8, Sony 50mm f1.2 GM, Sony 24-105mm f4.0 OSS, Sony 90mm f2.8 Macro, Sony 70-200 f2.8 GM

- Microphone: Sennheiser MKE 600

- Drone: DJI Mavic 3 (what a drone !!!)
